The Lone Star (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated was chartered on April 26, 2014. This chapter is comprised of women established to serve as a leading force for volunteerism, philanthropic giving, and resource sharing. Our mission is to serve and further enhance the civic, educational and cultural activities for disproportionately underserved groups in Williamson and Bell counties.
We provide this service through programs such as the Life Mastery Program with the Success High School students in Round Rock ISD. The Life Mastery Program is a nine-month STEAM-based, structured curriculum for females designed to enhance student success, encourage the pursuit of higher learning, expand options for employment and employability, and establish a productive link between students, family, the educational institution, and neighborhood that fosters a stronger, upwardly sustainable community.
As a non-profit organization, our objective is to better the community in every initiative and to allow the children in our communities the opportunity to reach for the stars and to make their dreams of success a reality.
