Our goals guide us in delivering programs and experiences that address the socioeconomic needs of the Williamson and Bell County communities.  Our programming focuses on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) exposure, with programming that increases the awareness and accessibility of arts and sciences along with life skills. The desired outcome of our program is to break down systemic barriers to access increasing the quality of life for all we serve.

We leverage our five program facets that are equally committed and connected to execute a transformational program that educates, exposes, equips, engages, and empowers students to pursue higher education and reach for the stars.

Life Mastery is our award-winning umbrella program focused on STEAM exposure and building life skills.  The Life Mastery Program supports underrepresented minority and female students through guided discussions, learning experiences, and special events. In every interaction, we seek to enhance each student’s confidence, positive self-image, encouragement in the pursuit of higher education, and expand their options for employment, and employability.

Excited to expand the program and we are currently in the development phase of Life Mastery 2.0 in partnership with Round Rock ISD, Hutto, ISD, Georgetown ISD, and Kileen ISD.  We are excited to continue to serve underrepresented minority and female students who will benefit from the bespoke programming addressing student needs.

The Life Mastery Program through guided discussions, learning activities, and special events we’ve sought to enhance each student’s self-image, encourage the pursuit of higher education, and expand their options for employment, and employability.
