Thrivecon 2025
Thriving is all about taking care of yourself, reaching your greatest potential, and blossoming. This time in your life is all about glowing up and becoming your best self. If you are a high school student in Round Rock ISD, this conference will empower you to glow-up.
Thrivecon 2025 will feature vendor information booths, complimentary snacks, lunch, as well as games and prizes. The day will begin with an engaging keynote session followed by breakout sessions covering self-care, life skills and digital wellness.

Creativity can change the world
A Black History Month Fine Arts Competition
Celebrate Black History Month through artistic expression. The Lone Star (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated invites high school students in Bell and Williamson counties to enter the Second Annual Creativity Can Change the World Fine Arts Competition. Finalists have the opportunity to present at the Black History Month Community Receptions held at Round Rock Library on February 20, 2025, at 5 pm. Cash prizes will be awarded to the First, Second, and Third place winners.
The deadline for final submissions is Monday, February 24, 2025.

The Lone Star (TX) Chapter goals are to deliver transformational programs and experiences that address the socioeconomic needs of the Williamson and Bell County communities. Our programming focuses on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) exposure, with experiences that increase the awareness and accessibility of arts and sciences along with life skills. The desired outcome of our Gaming and Coding Explosion program is to break down systemic STEM studies barriers thereby creating and increasing access to careers that raise the quality of life for all we serve.

The Lone Star (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated presented a tailgate-themed party with a purpose! on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Celebrino Event Center. Attendees wore their favorite jersey and jeans representing their favorite team at Friday Night Lights.
The night was filled with food and drinks, music, dancing, and a live auction. Fun activities with entertainment provided by All U Need Entertainment.
